Please read all policies thoroughly. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to me directly. Policies are in place to keep business running smoothly and to make sure we are all on the same page.
Appointments

​ALL APPOINTMENTS MUST BE APPROVED BEFORE THEY ARE OFFICIALLY CONSIDERED BOOKED.​​​

By booking with me, you are agreeing that you've read and understand ALL POLICIES.

Payment methods:

I accept all major credit cards, tap to pay/apple pay for all payments through Square.

I accept cash - but i do not carry change! please bring exact amount if paying with cash.

Afterpay is accepted with a 6% extra fee.

Afterpay must be downloaded and set up at before appointment starts.​​

Deposits are NOT required if you book online! Card on file required to book online.
Card on file will only be used to charge cancellation fee in case of last minute cancellation/no show.
Salon Policy

Please come alone to your appointment, as there are no extra guests allowed in the salon.

Children are not allowed to be in the salon unless they are receiving a service.

Children cannot be on your lap while you are getting serviced, or left in the salon unattended while you receive a service. We have very hot tools and strong chemicals in the salon and we wouldn't want your little ones to get hurt!

Failure to follow this policy will result in an automatic reschedule.
Reschedules and Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment it must be done AT LEAST 48 hours before scheduled appointment.

If your reschedule is done before 48 hours of scheduled appointment - you may reschedule your appointment 1 time.

If appointment needs to be rescheduled a second time, a deposit will be required to hold another appointment time.

If appointment is cancelled at/within 48 HOURS, there will be a fee of 50% of the booked service.

If you NO SHOW your appointment - card on file will be charged for 100% of booked service.

If changes are made to a service at your appointment, a $40 service charge fee will be charged to your total.
(ie. changed from full color to a gloss, ie. changed from gloss to haircut). This will only be charged if you change the service AT OR WITHIN 48 HOURS. Please inform me of changes ahead of time to avoid this fee!

I understand things happen, please do your best to notify me ASAP.

If you are charged a fee and fees are not paid by end of day I will not book with you again.
Please be respectful of my time, just as I am respectful of yours.
Late Policy

If you are running late, for any reason, please do your best to contact me and let me know.

I allow a 15 minute grace period before a $20 fee occurs

After 15 minutes with no contact/communication - appointment is cancelled and considered a no show.

You will be required to pay no show fee to reschedule or book future appointments
Services

All services are non refundable. I do my best to be thorough with our consultation before and during our service. Due to time, product, and preparation that goes into each appointment.

If you have any concerns, please voice them before leaving the salon or within 48 hours of your completed service. I will be happy to make any adjustments or book a corrective service for you.
I reserve the right to refuse service to anybody for any reason.
